It all started as a young kid from Everett taking apart bikes, painting and putting them back together. At 16 years-old before he even got his driver’s license, Tony Bartolo purchased his first car, a 1969 Cadillac 4-door sedan with wide gangster white walls and chromed spoke rims. It needed some bodywork and a paint job but he knew that all those years of experience with his bikes that he was up for the challenge. That is when it became clear to where Tony's future was headed.

Tony opened his first auto body shop in Chelsea in October of 1979. Over the next forty years Tony provided exceptional customer service to thousands of clients in the greater Boston area. When he laid down roots in Malden (where Tony's Auto Body currently resides) he became very involved with the civic community. Tony became a member of the Malden Kiwanis Club, serving on the Board of Directors for 10 years, as well as being the VP and President of the Malden Chamber of Commerce. Tony is looking forward to many more years to come serving the great city of Malden and believes that you should treat every customer the way you would want to be treated.

 

Tony's favorite saying is "believe and never stop dreaming of what you want in life”.
